What is the Mission: Recognition! Program?
This is a program designed to reward members for growing their Fortinet business through Wavelink. Members earn points and are rewarded as individuals and/or organisations based on predetermined tiered leaderboards.

How long will this program run for?
This program will run from 19th July 2021 – 30th June 2022 (both dates inclusive). 

Who is eligible to participate in this program?
Wavelink’s partners that transact Fortinet through Wavelink are eligible.

How do I join the program?
Complete the online registration.

How do I earn rewards?
Completing program activities grants members points which accumulate and are presented on a leaderboard. Leaderboard winners are awarded quarterly, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters awarding individuals with experiences and egifts and business focused rewards for organisations. The final, 4th quarter leaderboard awards a major reward, a trip to Queenstown New Zealand. A total of 16 members across different Wavelink tier groups will be on this trip. Information on number of spots available to your tier group is available once you register.

How do I claim a sale?
Visit the sales claim page and select the sales that belong to you.

What is a eGift card?
Leaderboard winners can be rewarded with eGift cards. For Australian members this is a mobile prepaid Mastercard, for New Zealand members it is an electronic gift card that is redeemed by choosing a participating merchant. More details about using eGift cards and their expiry can be found in our T&Cs.

Are rewards transferrable or redeemable for cash?
No, rewards awarded are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

What are the business focused rewards?
Business focused rewards will change each quarter and will be communicated to key contacts via email and the Business Leaderboard page.

I have completed an activity, how do I get the points?
Completing an activity involving sales claiming or training modules will automatically add the points to the balance on your dashboard. All other activities are processed monthly and points are awarded soon after. Leaderboards are updated monthly, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

How often is the leaderboard updated?
While some points are automatically added to your profile, the leaderboard is updated monthly with ALL points. We’ll send you an email to let you know when.

What happens if there is a tie in the leaderboard?
In the unlikely event of a tie in scoring after conclusion of the leaderboard, a winner among the tying entries will be selected based on the participant having completed activity for highest rank at the earliest date.

How do I receive my reward?
Rewards are processed in the two weeks after leaderboard close, you don’t have to do anything except keep an eye on your inbox for an email from us.
